This group phone call will give you time to get all your questions answered and talk with other people who are recovering from agoraphobia in other cities.

I will begin the call at 5:30 as usual and Doc Downing will be joining the call to answer your questions at 6:00pm pacific (9:00 eastern).

Doc Downing is a licensed psychologist with more than 40 years if experience in helping people recover from panic and anxiety disorders. Doc played a role in my own recovery from agoraphobia. It was during a visit to his clinic that he referred me to a recovered agoraphobic who shared the self-help techniques that I used in recovery.

To protect your privacy, this call will not b recorded and there will be no audio replay. I only record segments of calls during which I teach, and this entire call will be a question and answer session.
